I am a retired teacher who grew up on science fiction and fantasy and tried to share it with his students. I love good writing, powerful films, and anime that uses the medium to tell a gripping story. I hate all the other stuff that dares to call it self speculative fiction. Other than that, I'm not fussy.

Both raven and coyote, my laugh is often noticed first and my writing kinda sneaks up on people too. Just finished novel CE6: Connections, I also write short SF stories. This will be my first year taking slam poetry onto the stage. I don't believe in tin can spaceship travel except for local transportation, but I do believe we are surrounded by intelligences we could communicate with if we weren't so anthrocentric. Nonetheless, I have enjoyed many a good space opera in my time.
