If you wish to pay by cheque, please do the following:

  1. Select the tickets you wish to purchase and click the Order Now button
  2. Fill in the Registration Information form
  3. At the bottom of the form, click the Show link
    (This link is found just below the text Other Payment Options that appears beneath the Check out with PayPal button.)
  4. Note the mailing instructions that are now displayed and then click the Pay By Check button that is now visible
  5. Send us your cheque, along with your full name and the email address you specified when registering.

PLEASE NOTE: VCON memberships are not refundable but they are transferable (you can give or sell your membership to someone else if you can't use it). To transfer your membership, you must provide the transferee with a copy of the membership ticket and a note confirming that you are transferring the membership to the transferee.  This note should explicitly reference the registration number for the transferred membership (found on the PDF ticket just below the barcode). The transferee must bring copies of both the ticket AND your note to the VCON registration desk where the information associated with to the membership (name, email, etc.) will be updated.

Members who pre-register online may pick up their pre-printed badges and registration bag at the Pre-Registration desk during the following hours:

  • Fri, Sep 28: Noon–8PM
  • Sat, Sep 29: 8AM–8PM
  • Sun, Sep 30: 8AM–2PM

(Outside of these hours you may be able to pick up your membership badge from the VCON Operations room. Directions will be provided at the venue.)

A VCON membership provides you access to all member areas of the convention and allows you to receive all associated convention publications before, during, and after the convention. It also makes you a member of VCON's parent organization, the West Coast Science Fiction Association. Once you have registered, our online system will email you an e-ticket which you should print out and bring with you to the convention in order to speed up the check in process, reducing line up wait times at the registration desk and letting everyone get to the programs that much faster!

At The Door Registration

Members who wish to purchase a membership at the convention may do so at the Registration Desk during the following hours:

  • Fri, Sep 30: Noon-8PM
  • Fri, Sep 30: 8AM-8PM
  • Fri, Sep 30: 8AM-2PM

Membership Package Deals

For the second year in a row we have decided to offer some special Package Deals, each of which includes a weekend adult membership to VCON 37 plus more.

Depending on which package you purchase the plus more may include items such as a VCON 37 t-shirt, one or more VCON 37 souvenirs, a special VCON 37 trinket only available through a pacakge purchase, special priviledges at Guest of Honour programming, and recognition as a VCON sponsor.
